At Deroche Elementary we believe every child should get as much help as they need in order to enjoy, and be successful at learning. In addition to our Intensive Reading Program, our school offers extra support in any subject to all students who need some strengthening of academic skills in order to succeed. Assistance is provided in the classroom setting or one on one at some other location in the school. In addition to skill building, we have found that a child benefits just knowing that there is extra help available at all times and having someone to work along side when not feeling confident.
